CASTLES AND CULTURE CYCLING PACKAGE
Here in Riccione we are blessed with being in an area full of beautiful views, quiet roads and stunning locations to ride to. The area was the scene of many wars and battles over the centuries and each day your mid-ride coffee break will be in either a fortressed town or a location with a castle….bellissima!!
Amongst the many possible destinations are The Republic of San Marino, Montefiore Conca, Gradara, Tavoleto and Urbino, these locations are beautiful but so are the journeys to arrive at each!

This package is aimed at the rider who prefers to not only ride their bike but take their time to appreciate the amazing scenery and history whilst doing so with ample opportunity to stop and take photos or a look around.
OTHER ACTIVITIES….ON OR OFF THE BIKE!
We can also arrange other activities (either on or off the bike!) include wine tasting at a vineyard, a guided tour of the ancient San Leo Fortress and cheese tasting at Mondaino, famous for it’s ‘’Formaggio di Fosse’ cheese made using the same methods and recipes from centuries ago! Historic Rimini is also an easy bus journey away and has weekly markets as well as art galleries, museums and ancient ruins.
There is no charge for the Mondaino cheese tasting but other excursions can incur an additional cost which is dependent on the amount of participants, location and nature of the trip….it is almost always possible to arrange a visit to a restaurant or bar for food on one of these trips too. Bike rental available: Weekly rate of 165-185. Higher price is for our latest BMC models equipped with 11 speed Shimano groupsets and 50-34 chainset with 11-32 cassette…..enough for any hill or mountain!
