With the aim of making your choice easier, here is our 3 star hotel in Riccione Faq

The day of my arrival, what time can I check in?

The rooms will be ready from 2.00 o’ clock p.m.,. If you arrived before the Check In time, you could use all the hotel common service, have lunch if you had Full Board, or go to get changed for the beach in our Relax Area, on the first floor, in total privacy.

The day of my departure what time do I have to leave the room?

The day of your departure you can stay in your room untill 10.00 am, but if you wish you could stay with us all day long, we give at your use the wellness zone changing room and also have a shower before your journey back. You will have the opportunity to leave your luggages in our storage for free!

Where are you located?


Our 3 star hotel in Riccione is in the very centre of the city, a few steps from Viale Ceccarini (the main street), only 50 meters far from the sea.



Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Cartasi, Maestro, Pagobancomat.




Is it possible to have a packet lunch?


If you whant to do excursions we can prepare a packet lunch with sandweches, some fruits and water. Otherwise we can consider the single day in half board (if communicated well in advance).



Are the meals beverage included in the tariffs?

The prices don’t usually include the meals beverage. We give at your disposal the best italian wine price list and water and soft drinks price list. On the other hand there is the possibility to buy, at the price of € 34,00 per day per room, the all inclusive package which includes the meals beverage (water, Pepsi, Fanta and local red and white wine in bottle), 2 beach chairs and the parasol reserved on our conventioned beach.



Have you got a private beach? Is it included in the tariffs?

Our conventioned beach is number 90 just in front of us: you will hate at your free use the cabins. The beach chairs and the tents or parasols are with fee.



Have you got a parking place?


At your disposal one practical parking place located within the hotel and it’s fenced and closed by a gate. The price for the parking place is € 15,00 per day.

Are the drinks in the minibar included?

Inside the rooms Silver, Superior, Family Suite and Suite Asso e Pepe you will find a mini bar at your disposal. The drinks you find inside it are NOT INCLUDED in the offer

What 
if I got to Riccione by train? Is the hotel far from the station?

The railway station is just 800 meters far from the hotel. If you let us know the time of your arrival, we will arrange a free transfert from/to the station.



Have you got a SPA?

Yes. It’s on the first floor. At your disposal: solarium, massages and body treatmenst.

Have you got city bikes? How much does the use cost?

You can find 10 city bikes, ideal to move around the city along the brand new cycle paths. The use is totally free, reserved to guests aged 18 years and over.
Our city bikes are equipped with front or back sits for babies.



Are you convenctioned with some theme park?

We are convenctioned with all the Riviera parks:
 Oltremare, Aquafan, Fiabilandia, Mirabilandia, Italia in Miniatura, Parco le Navi. You can have the advantage not to do any queue to pay for the ticket at the desks and, of course, to safe on the price of the entrance.



We have an infant with us. Have you got some service tailored for them?


Of course! As a Family Hotel, we have sideboarded beds, baby bath, changing tables, bottle warmer and night light.
In the restaurant room, you will find the high chair, booster seats, colourful placemats, baby menù and baby cutleries.
In addiction, you will find strollers and city bikes with safe seats for children.




Have you got a baby sitter?


Yes. It is possible to require the baby-sitting service every day. This service is with fee.

Have you got a pediatrician?


Yes. Doctor Pruccoli and Doctor Leurini are our pediatrician.
The see your children with fee.



What time can I have breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Breakfast is served from
 8,00 am to 10,00 am in our Restaurant room, then it will go on untill 12,00 am at the garden bar.
Lunch starts at 12,45 am (entrance in the restaurant room allowed untill 1,30 pm), dinner at 7,45 pm (entrance in the restaurant room allowed untill 8,30 pm).

How does your entertainment work?

Everyday our entertainers organises the mini club on the beach and in the hotel. At lunch and at dinner they arrange a table wher all our little guests will enjoy their meals together. Every evening baby dance after dinner.
After having lunch and dinner the staff entertains children in the recreation room with screenengs of cartoons and a lot of games to play all together!

 The entertainment for children is available for the whole summer, untill the 10th of September 2022.

Have you got a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes we have, you can surf the internet with your laptop in the common areas and in your room as well.


Are pets allowed?

Yes. Just the small-sized ones.



What happens if we cancelled the reservation?

If a reservation is cancelled 15 days before the fixed day of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus the cost of the transation. Otherwise the deposit will be fully kept.

What happens if I decided to depart the hotel in advance?

In the case you wanted to release the room before the fixed date of departure, the room will be charged for the following 3 days of your departure, applying the current bed and breakfast rate.
